Loading Section:

The loading section at ISIC is essential in the extraction and transportation of silica sand. Within the company’s mining rights area, heavy machinery, primarily wheel loaders, are employed to load silica sand onto trucks for further processing. This stage sets the foundation for each subsequent step in production, ensuring a seamless flow.

Once loaded, the silica sand is carefully packed in bulk, utilizing 20 ft containers or jumbo bags. These containers, chosen for their efficiency, typically hold between 1.25 to 1.5 metric tons of silica sand, facilitating optimal transportation and storage.

Hauling Section:

After loading, the silica sand is transported from the mining area to its destination through the hauling section. Heavy-duty trucks are used to haul the material safely and efficiently across various terrains, ensuring timely delivery to processing facilities or distribution points.
